Does 7 matches/week include the challenge log bonuses for FL after 33% win rate?, only a 3 match reduction past rank 30 sounds a little off

Yep, that entire table is from rank 1-50 and 30+ assumes you do the den clear. I think there's a lot going on right around the point you mention, the first 3 wins are worth the most, then you get a ton from daily FR roulette, and if you're doing fewer matches overall the den clear helps out more, so it's hard to disambiguate all of them from each other.
