I wrote a simulation to test out how long it actually takes to rank up if you do the following:
- Frontlines Roulette every day
- Wolves den challenge log clear every week after rank 30+ (I also included not doing the den log)
Results are here: http://i.imgur.com/YvmRv5u.png
Some cool things I learned:
1. You can lose every game and do 1 game per day (via roulette), and it takes 483 games to hit max rank if you don't do a den clear.
2. If you do your den log and have a 33% win rate, it takes 38 weeks to hit max rank if you only do 7 games per week. If your queues are 15 mins, and a game takes 15 mins, and your den clear takes 1 hour per week, this will take you about 165 hours, or about 1 week of playtime
3. If you win every game, you can hit max rank in 223 games over the course of 64 weeks.
If anyone is curious, I wrote the simulation in MATLAB and ran it about 1000 times for each scenario then took the average of all these scenarios.
Shout outs to C'eve for his PvP tool found here: https://goo.gl/j1DYxd , I used it as a reference to get all of the exp numbers and it was extremely useful.
