So what's your favourite PvP moment?

Hey everyone, seeing all the negative threads on this part of the forums, I decided to make this one out of why we enjoy PvP and the moments that makes us laugh and keep on trucking with the eternal grind.

One of my favourite moments in the whole of PvP is in Seize, where after being beaten up by Flames, they left us alone and just focused on Adders the entire match, not even getting nodes, letting us keep getting nodes and letting us win.

So what's your favourite moment?

When the que pops.Get so bored waiting 690 minutes that when i hear the sound of the que, its so much more amazing than whatever i find in the pvp afterwards

Playing as whm on Slaughter. PLD tries attacking me. I sleep them and push them off the top getting the kill.
2 minutes later, the same guy comes back for more, I sleep them, push them off again.
Another 2 minutes later, the same guy goes out his way and tries for me again. I hide behind whatever it is sticking out the ground, he follows. I sleep, push him off for the third kill.

I'd have been furious if I were him.

I play AST for PvP now, instead of MCH. I usually jump onto MCH if the DF chooses to give us like, 30 healers in a party.

But the last match we had, I was AST, at the end of the match there was an S rank and an A rank, and we had both down, if we held them, we'd win. So I see a Summoner from the flames pass over me, and I try to Stella them, but they got out of my PoV. So I chase them, and our DRK was at the node, he almost died because the SMN just burst all over him, but I got him up with Dignity and then we just kept the Summoner stalled the entire time while the node was ticking down in our favor.

There was also another match where I disconnected and rejoined and we ended up winning that match. I always hate it when I DC in the middle of a Seize, cuz that just means I might get kicked.

Too many to mention but last night in a 24man match being 1 v 2 against a blm mch while I was on smn, killed them 3 times bwfore they gave up

When i got my Battlemaster title, in another game, another time. In FFXIV though, winning the game when our team was a floor mat most of the game. Rng is swag like that.

Earlier I knocked off like 6 flames (I think it was flames) off the coast cliff I think 2 of them were healers too so it made for easy pickings. Knocking people off cliffs in general is fun anyways and is probably my favorite thing to do. Wish blast shot had its old range back haha.

I know a lot of people will disagree with this one, on principle, but I think the most fun I've had during PvP in recent memory was rolling with a Death Train in Seize. We went on a 5 match streak, completely steamrolling every enemy we came across. It was fun for two reasons: 1. despite some initial bickering and resistance to the plan, by the end we finally got the whole team, all 24 of us, to actually work together for a change. It was nice to have a team that didn't split up or run around like morons. 2. It was just plain fun. The plan was simple, most of the team were raking in kills and had battle highs/fevers by the end, and by the end of it, we all stopped taking the match so damn seriously and just enjoyed running through our enemies like a hot knife through butter. Winning the matches was just a pleasant bonus to the overall fun of the match itself.
