Looking for a new linkshell~Casual with events/activities

Having no voice chat is a big point for my brother, friend, and I. We want to experience all FFXIV has to offer without being excluded from anything because of not having or using voice chat. Like I said before we have nothing against players who use it, it's just we play by typing to communicate with others. We are looking for a LS with like-minded players.

So not sure if we would fit in with Bacon since you said for some NM fights and dungeons we would want to use voice chat. We don't want to use any form of it. I hope you understand we just have a different play style, it is nothing personal. Thanks for the response, I appreciate it even though I do not think it will work out to what we three are looking for.

I completely understand where you are coming from. I spent years in 11 without any voice chat with my linshell mates. It seems that over the chat system was just easier. I think for the most part, players in this game can get through without chat as well. I can however, think of a few instances where your brother and you will find difficult and challenging to get through without voicechat. Batraal and perhaps Ifrit come to mind where you have to think on your feet and make split second decisions. Kinda hard to type and also control your character at the same time.

But good luck to your guys for sure. If you see me in game, feel free to send a /tell if you want to party up or go do something. Just because we don't have the same linkshell doesn't mean we can work together on some things.
