First, adrenaline is for crucial use only, second, its a ranged LB with a long AoE, you can`t have it buffed more than it is. Both caster and ranged LB are made to be heavy damage dealers to an area, not killers like the melee ones. And, considering the advantages of no casting time and firing on the move of both DEX ranged above the casters, is pretty obvious that the LB needs to do less damage too. You can`t have it all.

Wat. Ranged LB isn't instant cast, and their non-GB or WM damage is an utter joke that they have to stand still.

And also, the longer range is irrelevant because the width is an absolute joke they they can quite literally side step and avoid it completely, let alone it not working if there's even a small difference in elevation
