If you want better healing you need to sacrifise some DPS. It's a fair trade. Why you should be able to mitigate, deal more damage and heal more than WHM and AST?

It is already possible without any changes with different pets.

eos = better healing
selene = better dps

Honestly I find Eos better for DPS since her superior healing lets me personally dps more.
