    Gunblade class

Yes, this has been said before.

If there is a Garlean expansion in future, it is possible a gunblade class may happen.

Default pose would be the same as squall from FFVIII for reference.

/cpose would change to this stance, similar to DRK for male characters.

The limit break for gunblade would be fun to animate, if it were to be similar to Renzokuken or any other of squall leonhart's limitbreaks.

In the MGP reward store, could hold Squalls default.

I know the gunblades in-game would look new and unique, after all.

    Keeping this short.

    Have a good day.

    Step 1: Roll a MCH
Step 2: Get the gun from Steel Vigil
Step 3: Roleplay as a Garland deserter
    You've unlocked the "gunblade" class!

Or play as GLA/PLD and glamour the Blazefire Sabre from the FFXIII crossover event onto your sword.

Really, I don't see this being ever an actual class - it should also be noted the Garlean gunblades are nothing like Squall's one (the later being a sword with a rumble pack attached, the 'gun' in the title is a misnomer), Garlean gunblades are in fact just a regular firearm with a blade attached to the side. And as they only seem to be carried by elite Garlean troops like Centurions and Legatee like Gaius, it's likely they;re in fact a very rare weapon type, making a gunblade using class even more unlikely.

A gunblade user would be fun and a way of pulling it off could just be with a stance skill. The default stance could be the blade, auto attacks and skills are melee. Later can get a stance change skill that would make auto attacks and skills ranged and maybe change what some of them do. Kinda like AST but could do in combat.

There's a difference between a class 'being too hard' and 'someone's ability to properly play it'. Have you asked others in game for help, have you practiced by watching videos and reading guides, or is that too 'hard'.

Plus if this DID come out, what makes you think that 'gunblade' players would have an easier time than machinst?
