Mmm... I didn't heard that. It's good, but it doesn't change anything. You still need to do a raid to obtain those Artifact item upgrades (at least is an easier raid I think, 24-player raid (Crystal Tower) are easier than 8-player's (Bahamut Coils).). What I ask is a (harder) way to obtain the upgrade item, like hunts did in 2.x: Hunts "gives" an Unstained Mark Log, which you can exchange in Mor Dhona for the upgrade item, without doing a raid.

And yes, I'm not doing Savage (especially because people won't let me enter there. Coils, Savages and Extremes are forbidden places for newbies/noobs. If I'm lucky, they'll kick me without insulting). But I want to have the maximum iL possible (like i did in 2.5... WITHOUT DOING BAHAMUT COILS!), and yes, for dyeing gear.
