I would just like to say to the entire XIV dev team to enjoy your vacation. ^.^

It is imo well deserved as I can only imagine you have all worked tirelessly ever since the decision to scrap 1.0 and rebuild into ARR which is 3 years now.
And ofc when having watched Yoshida on interviews/liveletters and such over the time, I could see he looked utterly exhausted that even players was afraid for his health

Even if patch 3.1 has been delayed due to the vacation or that it is their jobs to create stuff for us to do, I personally dont mind as I have seen how much you have all cared about the game and us, the fans over the years.

I personally feel welltreated and respected as a customer and fan, which I find pretty rare in this day and age from other game developers.

So, enjoy your time off, and I will look over and guard Eorzea while you are away

I was wondering when this kind of thread would pop up.

I support it 100% though. Players these days are just so damned greedy. I feel bad for the devs who pour their heart and soul into what they give us only to be told "MORE MORE FASTER FASTER" all the time.

I look forward to Patch 3.1, and until it gets here, I'm splitting my time between Esoteric capping, Work, MWO, Skyforge, Fairy Fencer F and Anime. And whatever the hell happens to catch my interest on Steam.
Can guarentee the vast majority, if not all, of the people claiming to have nothing to do do not have every job/class at cap or even cleared all of Savage Alex. There is plenty left to do, just look for it.

You would think if someone genuinely cared about the devs and their vacation they would've at least used their comprehension skills to understand that their vacation has been over now.

Not saying their vacation isnt well deserved but you cant just be allowed to run around and spew ignorance.
