I still didn't receive my Gold Chocobo Feathers T_T

I should have received 15 Gold Chocobo Feathers from the 3 friends I recruited a while ago:



But, despite spamming the 'Reward Delivery Request' button at the mog postman in game, I still haven't received anything...

What is weird, is that I don't even see my recruitment rewards in the mogstation though:


But I know people who got their Gold Chocobo Feathers from friends they invited who just registered their account with their invite code and did not pay for a subscription model, so I should receive mine as well, according to this thread (the only one I could find in fact)

I did stop playing since around mid july up to yesterday though.. I just started playing again this yesterday morning, and now I try to get some help since the Report Bug desk support ingame did nothing for me (tried it twice), nor did the 'Contact Us' -> 'Account -> Registration Code' fill form (couldn't find any other more adequate category)

I found little information on the forums as well, except that people randomly got theirs from instantly to 10 hours later, spamming or not the 'Reward Delivery Request' button it seems.

What is weird, is that I was still subscribed all this time, so why wouldn't I received them in my mail in game? ? ?

EDIT:

I now remember that I had de-activated my account in fact during the past 1.5 months. I only reactivated it 2 days ago. Maybe that has something to do with this bug.
