I don't even use the Support Desk any more, because any real queries are merely responded to with "make a forum post about it", and as I'm a console player and a tablet user, stopping what I'm doing to report something that might not be taken seriously just seems worthless, especially the "Leave a Suggestion" option in Contact Us.

Also, being a console player, reporting a RMT advertiser is a pain as it means searching around for a mouse to plug into my console, just to get the highlight option. And then when I do, I have to be so meticulous about what I enter, only to see the RMTer I've reported still active in whatever area, or via my tells, for up to 3 days afterward.
