Account Suspended

My account was locked, I believe because I'm trying to log in from a different location. Same computer, just at a different house for the weekend.
It told me the account is locked for suspicious activity, and to refer to the email it sent. So I check my email.
Nothing. I checked all my other email addresses. Nothing. This has been an issue for over 2 hours now, with no emails no matter what I do.
Has anyone else run into this?

What I can suspect is that someone got your account username and password, then he changed the email for his own personal use, then he has access to it.

I would go and try to log into the mogstation as if you would like to change your email of your account.

I would suggest going back to your house before attempting it.

It's a security feature. If you logged into a different wifi from a different location it locks you out. If you do a standard password reset that works the same way.

Just call SE, this happened to me when I went on vacation but it turned out I was checking the wrong e-mail account. It didn't accept the domain name of my primary email when i made the account so I had to put it on a different one. Make sure you're checking the email you registered it to, try to do a password reset too that will trigger another e-mail. If you still get nothing call their custome support line they will help you out.

Account Suspended sounds like an actual account action. They suspect you of account sharing or of having a compromised account. Only thing you can do is send a ticket explaining you were away from home, at a different computer.

Just use "forgot password " reset your password normally , it happened to me before no mail ,nothing for hours.

Just do a password reset and you should be good to go. I got my account suspended occasionally when playing between home and work because of the different IP address. It is just a security measure.

If you're seeing "Your account has been suspended for suspicious activity" and it tells you to check your email, check again and see if SE sent you anything. And I know this might sound trivial, but make sure you're checking the correct email address.

If you don't have anything, try logging into the Mogstation and seeing if it asks you to change your password. My account used to get locked all the time of my power went out during play or I tried to log in using someone else's Internet. I'd have to go to my email and then make a new password.
