Don't punish hardcore players, reward casual ones. Use a rested exp bonus system, not a crappy "surplus" fatigue system that punishes people who like the game enough to actually play it alot. A system which, by the way is implemented in such a way as that when you first encounter it you think you've earned some sort of awesome exp bonus by the way it is worded. "Your Hand-to-Hand skill bonus increases", when I first saw that I was like "sweet i just got some kind of cool exp bonus". I kept grinding for like an hour before some ls member told me, no that is in fact BAD.

WTF SE are you trying to trick your playerbase or what? If you aren't going to remove the system at least word the PENALTY message in such a way so that we know that the "bonus" is in fact a penalty.
