Entitlement: Why I don't get it

When this level of control fails they begin making demands, as if they're 'entitled' to this erroneous level of control because they are a paying customer.

So basically they're a typical American consumer?

@OP I would like to add that whether intended or accidental, the FFXIV team has done a good job at making it seem like Yoshi (and by extension the devs) are your friends. Are they? No. But that idea that they're our buddies didn't pop up out of no where.
