I was recently introduced to xivbubblegum.pink which is an excellent resource for finding glamours or being inspired to make your own and share them.
At least, that is my experience with it.
Well currently my BLM has the aesthetic of "male stripper"
I can post a screenshot if that's what you're looking for.

Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
Personally, I love the whole Arabian feel for BLM. There are three really cool sets that give this appearance.
First, is the male Thavnairian set. Now, this is expensive, but so worth it.
Second, is the Oasis set from the Gold Saucer. Pretty easy to obtain as the pieces are only a few thousand GS points.
Third, is the Allied Seal set from the Flames. This one is very expensive too, though not in Gil, but in Allied Seals.
I think lvl 59 dungeon set looks pretty good for BLM.

I'd take a look at some of the gatherer and crafter gear. There's some good leather pieces there. Pair it with goggles or a leather hat and you've got a good steampunk feel.
Also, something more dapper is the Sharlyan set if you don't have crafter/gatherers to get the foraging vest and fedora for Indiana Jones.
Back when second coil came out and the choices for gear were either crazy ostentatious or burlesque mad hatter I decided I'd try to make a tengu glamour. Unfortunately the only thing close to a tengu mask is any of the given wooden masks dyed red, but with lord's yukata and clogs paired with sailor brais I was pretty happy with how it looked.
With the addition of the caster's hakama that can be purchase with law the result now is very ronin-like.
Omg I forgot about the Sharlyan set...I'd take a look at some of the gatherer and crafter gear. There's some good leather pieces there. Pair it with goggles or a leather hat and you've got a good steampunk feel.
