WHM looking for raiding guild

Hi,

I'm an ex-world ranked WoW raider as a mage. I also raided in all other roles and most classes except warlock and hunter. I did wow from the end of wrath to Firelands. I more recently raided rift and cleared end-game there as a healer/dps.

I'm very new to the game and am doing the usual leveling with a leveling guild. I typically out-grow the leveling guild and join a semi-casual raiding guild while I gear, then once I out-grow that guild I apply somewhere. It's usually sad for me to leave my first raiding guild when I get frustrated by the level of play and player turnover of that guild, but I try not to feel guilty because I become the most effective player and stay for a while to help.

I find the game enough of a challenge to continue playing to end game as my white mage. I will be disappointed if white mage dps is not viable at end-game because it keeps my rotation interesting and dynamic.

Things I miss from wow are UI customization and add-ons. But that's not entirely to say that I miss deadly boss mods making encounters too obvious. I'm very new and am still learning the game, for example I generally take advantage of macro capabilities and have yet to seriously learn it in FFXIV. I also need to play around with marking targets and targeting in general. In WoW I would have some macros specific to certain encounters.

So, currently looking for a guild with plans to do end-game raiding. A vent/teamspeak/mumble is nice too to hang out in.
