    Hopefully you don't mind but I figured it'd be better to use your thread instead of starting a new one for the same GM!

    I also had GM Unurlotho help me with my problem and they were very polite and pleasant to deal with/talk to! It's always nice to deal with staff members that are like that!

    I don't mind at all, it's nice to have Awesome GM Support Team in FFXIV!
