Weekend support is desperately needed

For those of us that have somehow managed to lose our recovery key, weekend support is desperately needed for account recovery from the software token.

yes, I understand, we need to keep better care of the emergency key, however it's still unfair to us to be out of the game for an entire weekend because of a mixup in saved files.

If any admins read the forums on the weekend and can help, please please please respond. I can provide whatever info is needed -.-

Or heck, there's another way really..

Why not set the system up so that you can 'trust' a computer so that, unless it loses network access and pulls a brand new ip, it doesn't have to authenticate every single time. Most other mmos out there with tokens do that..
