I'm curious as to which game it is that you're comparing FFXIV to, where 3 months is standard between patches of XIV's quality and they NEVER delay for 5 months (this is the first time we'll be five months between major patches, and that's if you don't include red scrips/Alex/Savage as a major patch).

I don't want to compare to anything. I'm just disappointed the developers left us with nothing to do for 5 months.
