    Just to rule it out as a possibility, after you ran Snowcloak did you return to speak to Alphinaud to move on to "For the Greater Good"? Never know...having the quest not fully completed could trip something up.

    If so, have you moved on and done the Midgard arena as well (Keeper of the Lake)---think that is in the High Level roulette now. No access to the game atm to check the complete list that way, but they dumped a handful more in there past what some of the wikis are still showing.
