Point reset glitch

1:36PM EDT Points reset only on adders. We were 2nd place this time, then they just reset to 0. This is the 3rd match back-to-back since 11AM EDT it's happened. Apparently from what I've gathered, it only has been happening to Twin Adders, after 11AM EDT, regardless of amount of points, and near the 10:00 minute marker.

EDIT: 15minute marker, Maelstrom and Flames both reset to 0 while we, Twin Adder, stood with current points.

This definitely sounds like a legit issue, if anyone sees it again take some screenshots of the final score w/ the score breakout. If anyone has any of these matches recorded that will help as well. Hopefully they get these issues fixed quick.

This sounds like a big problem... People should be trying to get footage of this so SE can do something about it. With Computer and PS4 being the game platforms, it should be pretty easy to catch this in the act. There's no shortage of recording software on computers, and PS4 people can just use the retro record function. PS4 is always recording in the background. Just hit the SHARE button and it will give you your last 15 minutes. Should make catching something like this on camera pretty easy.

Hope they fix it quickly. I haven't seen it myself, yet, but this is the worst kind of glitch if it gets out of hand. It would make competing pointless ... (literally and metaphorically).

I saw this earlier today on Aether with 24 man Seize as Mael lost their 400 points in seconds.

To me this sounds like Flames are cheating.
They seem to be unaffected and, at least on Aether data center, are known to use cheats and it seems Square Enix mods don't care too much if at all.

I think I was in that match with you this morning. If not then it also happened on my 8 man game. The male had 400ish point and bam, down to 0. Adders then won with lead.
