Data Centre Transfer Concerns

So after reading the thread posted on the launcher/loadstone about Chaos being transferred (yay!), I’ve – I say I’ve, I’m posting on behalf of a few people in my FC – got a few questions that I hope someone can answer.

1. If we have housing, either private or personal, will we lose it?
2. If we've earned certain achievements - for example: we've farmed and won PVP mounts AFTER 9am on September 18th - will we lose them since the back up has already taken place? (the same goes for titles, gear, etc.)

IIRC correctly these are tied to your server/character, not the data center. You should not loose anything unless SE messes up with the backup.
