    Retainer Spiritbonding

    One thing I find odd is that even when an item is bound to me, my retainers can wear it and go about their business on ventures, and yet, if I give them a brand new crafted item, they'll spiritbond it to 1% and it'll stay that way forever, until I replace their gear with better stuff. (I seriously wish it returned the old stuff to my inventory and didn't clog my Armoury Chest.)

    If it's so easy to spiritbond items personally and I can buy other players' materia, and I'm sending my combat retainer to slaughter so many of one monster for their drops, why isn't my retainer actively contributing to the soul energy accumulated by the armor that I'd usually bond my spirit to? My retainers are "people" after all, are they not?

    TL;DR: Retainers need to spiritbond past 1%, else making them armour to hit caps is a waste of time and an annoyance when I swap their gear out because it clutters my Armoury Chest.

    As much as I'd like retainers to be able to very slowly bind gear, I'm pretty sure the only reason they bind to 1% is so that you can't resell it as you've "used" it, its same reason that gear hits 1% if you use it for a glamour.

    I'm also sure there is the possibility that retainers aren't actually "people" and are in fact a type of mimic that has integrated itself into society with a more complex disguise and less tendency to eat people why else would they want so many venture coins and look and act however you want! Its a conspiracy I tells you!
