Quick Desynthesis and 2.0 -> 3.0 Desynth wall

Speaking from experience, I desynthed all the non-crafting material fish I caught from around 20-50 Fisher because even though I know Culinarian Desynthesis is only useful for swimwear outside of Rich Tomato Relish for Mastercrafts, the shards/crystals I got from it were more desirable than selling them off as vendor trash.

Even though I was getting shards and Allagan metal pieces from it though, it is still such a chore to desynth a lot of items because of the back and forth nature of it. Yet, crafters have the option to skim through basic materials with the slight chance of a failure if they can comfortably HQ the end recipe, so why can't it be the same in the case of Desynthesis?

After all, if I have 100% chance to desynth an item, and I have a large stack of trash to get rid of and the end reward is better than selling to a vendor, why can't I simply set up a queue and let the computer process it for me?

Further adding onto this, I personally don't see why the wall from 2.0 to 3.0 in the case of caught fish is so high. I've been told I need higher than 80 desynthesis to even desynth a level 51 catch, meaning I'd have to desynth many 2-star 2.0 fish just to get rid of the beginner fish of Heavensward. Surely this should be lowered, as there's no guarantee that I'll catch a 2-star fish with every mooch, in comparison to the ease of waiting for an unspoiled node and spending GC seals to gather the materials for a 2.0 1-star and up craft.

CUL was really fast for me. There should be a bunch of Worm of Nym ( http://xivdb.com/?item/7916/Worm-of-Nym ) on the AH for cheap, desynth those like cray cray. (3k on Sarg, 700 for HQ on Tonberry).

there should also be lots of aetherlouse. FSH retainers bring back both of those fish from level 50+ ventures (they also bring back emperor fish, but I know there might be a demand for those because of flint caviar still being somewhat viable as a cheap alternative for people not wanting to pay for baked pipira pira).

Perhaps it might be a piece of my own ignorance to ask for the desynthesis wall to be reduced because I don't have a great deal of Gil to spend on the market board to convert it into fine sand, and my self-sustaining nature leading me to fish my own catches, but I still believe the quick desynthesis option is a good idea, for people wishing to level their desynthesis fast, or because they know their success rate is 100% and need a stack over quickly (generating Fieldcrafts/Battlecrafts/Mastercrafts etc.), just to cull out the mind-numbing tedium.

if you really want to be self-sufficient in your CUL power-grinding, I might suggest doing the level 45 gatherer/crafter leves in Mor Dhona/capital cities that award Lucis token mats. You can trade those in to Talan in Mor Dhona for Better Crowned Pie; Save up a bunch and smash them all at once with a Bacon Broth + Tinker's Calm (both HQ; might want to level up your CUL and ALC until you can HQ easily).

I got tired of the small gains from 2/3 star fish at around 90 desynth so that's what I started doing. I was only able to successfully desynth about 5 of my first 50 or so but when it did happen, I was gaining at least 1 point each time until I was ready to tackle heavensward fish.
