Where do you get GC leaves?

I just joined the immortal flames as a 27 mrd and can’t seem to find any battle leaves. I can talk to Bomptond in the hall of flames for gathering and crafting leaves, but none for battle. Do I need to be a higher level or go somewhere else?

Go directly to the appropriate camp and talk to the officer there. Look on your map for the guildleve icon next to aetheryte camps to see which one to go to. I know there's one at Halatali, but not sure about the lower levels.

[Hachi-Roku]

You have to go to very specific locations to receive the battle leves for grand companies, as outlined in the patch notes for 1.19:

Hammil - Cassiopeia Hollow (7,5)
Cordwyk - Mun-Tuy Cellars (7,6)
Byrne Nanawa - Silvermines (6,6)
Sternn - Western La Noscea (6,16), near Camp Bald Knoll
Lodall - North Shroud (22,16), near Treespeak
Dalvag - Eastern Thanalan (42,28), Halatali

Personally, I've only visited Sternn, and he offered me only one level 40 leve- something I had no interest at doing at 27. Also, remember that these leves can only be done solo. From the screenshot provided in the notes, I assume the leves at the Silvermines, Mun-Tuy Cellars, and Cassiopeia Hollow are tuned for level 30.

If you're looking for a way to get seals, gather up a few bodies and try doing the quest Imperial Devices, which will take you inside of the Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak!
