Umbral Ice MP tics

Any chance we can get Umbral Ice to restore MP the way it used to while casting Flare? The spell itself has been nerfed to hell already now that the damage is reduced with multiple targets.

Back in the day you could get 3 Flares down by Casting a Flare under Umbral Ice and having the MP tick as the flare is going Off.

They're probably not gonna unfix an exploit.

Edit: For people who don't know, in the past you could cast flare right as ui ticked and keep the mp, which let people do the "infinite flare rotation" which after the opener was flare>transpose>flare>flare>repeat

I saw a mage cast Fire 3/Ice 3/Fire 3 because he said the cast times were faster, he never ran out of mana and it was more damage. I thought he was a unique one. Then I saw this thread.

1) I was kidding. 2) He sounds like one of those people who takes off all their old attacks from the hotbar when he gets a new version of them

Wish granted, but it has a recast time of 600 seconds
