why when i switch to a dol am i not at full gp its dumb

I really just dislike that GP doesn't seem to regenerate while you're in an instance (I think) or logged out. Otherwise 400 when you switch to the class is fine. If you're at all serious about gathering you definitely have at least a few dozen cordials on you all the time.

It does regen. The thing you need to watch out for is when was your last death. Stockpiled GP falls to 0 after you die as any class, job or role and it take 4 minutes for it to recover to full. I've seen this several times while dying near the end of a PvP match.
