Au Ra name idea; feedback wanted

I plan on changing my race and then my name to Au Ra. The jump is much more difficult than one might think, because the naming conventions are (arguably) much more intense than those of other races.

He'll be Xaela, but I enjoy the naming convention of the Raen and the challenge it brought me (litterally spent like 5 hours looking up kanji combinations and Edo Period names).


My idea for his given name is as follows:

怒 Ikari (Fury, anger, violent passion) - A powerful name befitting one "chosen" by Halone, but a name that might not be well received in non-Doman society.

光 Hikari (Light, shine, glimmer, GLORY!) - A name that is simillar phonetically, but with a more gentle meaning. Perhaps someone gave it to him as he's a "Warrior of Light"; perhaps it could be a combination of 飛 Hi (flying) and 怒 Ikari.

For his surname, I have more or less decided:

氷血 Hyochi (ice blood) or 氷刃 Hyochi (ice blade) - I wanted something to do with ice, as that's Halone's element of choice. The kanji for ice can be read as kori (kōri), but is most often found as hyō in compounds (hyōga, hyōzan, etc.)


What do you all think? If any of you have a better grasp of kanji than I do, please come forth. Do you have any better ideas? This Au Ra is a righteous "chosen" warrior of Halone; what name befits him?
