Saying this because my static started savage yesterday and we're learning A1S so there were alot of wipes which meant half the time we were waiting for our cooldowns to come back up rather than actually raiding. Found it so annoying.

damn they still havent added this what the heck?
All I want is a cooldown reset when we're training hitting a dummy / a special room designed with cooldown reset available only inside the instance. I hate to wait minutes just to get 1-2 skills off their cooldown.
We're getting a "training palace" at some point during HW, though it won't be ready for 3.1.
Agreed. With these fights as scripted as they are, using abilities at the right time gives feedback on how you're doing. When you're doing well you see that your cooldowns line up very nicely for certain things and there's a good rhythm to the fight. Hard to get this rhythm going when some of your cooldowns are down right in the beginning. There's also the mental side of this where waiting after a wipe causes your group to lose momentum, and their ability to perform well diminishes. Waiting after a wipe to discuss tactics should be a choice my group gets to make and shouldn't be affected by moronic cooldown timers.
I'm just so very tired of dying to a mechanic because Hallowed Ground was down, and about to go insane waiting for Perfect Balance/Raging Strikes one more time.
