    Ninja Patch note:

    ARC nerfed into the ground.
    All other DDs will crush ARC dps now.
    TP gained from a full 3arrow multishot only give a third of the tp now (as if only one arrow was shot).

    Meh.. guess it was their turn..

    All non-magic DoM actions have been nerfed into the ground as well.
