Block first timers from Party Finder!

I wouldn't call it as much optimism as "I want the feature to be implemented". Overselling in such case is kinda expected.

Of course the player base is selfish and in my opinion most of the players aren't going to welcome others who performe worse (have less clears) than them in their groups. "I am at this level, so this level is minimum I expect in my group" mentality is real.

Alongside this feature there should also be rewards for doing duties with first timers - real rewards. Something like four times more loot etc. so that new players are always seeked to be part of groups.
