    What? If you haven't cleared it (and thus proven you can win a fight), you wouldn't be able to use the option for that particular fight. And I'm fairly sure the majority of people approving of this either are the kind of person who enjoys beating things as early as possible (going into new content the same day it's released, etc, when everyone is new) or the kind who wouldn't want to be carried in the first place anyway.
    No, I'm not saying everyone supporting this suggestion are of that mind, but I know I am and I'm fairly certain of at least a couple of people in this thread.

    Yes, people having won it once -- by accident, learning or buying a clear -- would be able to circumvent it, but I would like to claim that those people are a very small minority of the problem at hand.

    Yes, the option would quite possibly increase the amount of clear sells, which is a bad thing. But on the other hand, it would also quite possibly increase the amount of practice/clear parties.
