Yeah, you're getting the wrong idea. Maybe you should go back and read some of the other posts. The first one, at the very least.

The only part of the community this is against is the part that sneaks into farming parties to ninja clears.

I believe the point of this thread is that the OP wants filthy casuals who don't have clears out of her farming party

I for one couldn't care less if people are "filthy casuals" or not, as long as they know the fight they're signing up for.
