    @Thunda_Cat_SMASH, fair enough if that's on your server, but please don't make out nobody ever helps anyone because it's far from the truth. I'm not going to keep on arguing/posting back when your point still stands along the lines of 'I don't get help so I need farm parties to get my clear.'

    @Snugglebutt, if someone has an elitist attitude, they're going to disband the party regardless if someone joins a farm with a bonus. Adding this setting will only eliminate the inconvenience, it has no affect otherwise. Nobody is being 'punished,' when they shouldn't even be joining a farm party that has specific rules and they're breaking them.
