I do not think SE should implement such a feature since such a feature would reinforce the arrogance and elitist attitudes of some of the user base which is already a problem. People who join and 'sneak' their way into the group can already be kicked if turns out they lied and more importantly are too incompetent to actually do the job of which ironically many of those with such clears are also too incompetent to clear things quite often. Would be nice if people learned to start judging other players by their ability through their actions in the instance instead of making assumptions about a players ability based on nothing more than whether the bonus message pops up, especially when most people have alts and on those alts they have often cleared such places.

Personally I think the JP servers have it the right way around, it is our servers which have it ass backwards. However the fact is we already have in place a method for managing such incompetence and inability to clear through vote kicking and this applies not only to so called 'sneaky' people but also the ignorant assumption that someone with a clear equals they can actually do it in that run or will have enough focus to do it, will not have bought a clear and have no clue about how to do it and many other false assumptions like having a clear = competent when in reality that is not often the case or when having bonus show up on one character ignoring the fact the player might have cleared it many times on another character.

Essentially we do not need further ways to punish new players or players on alt characters when we already have in place a way to handle those who fall short for whatever reason. If someone is doing a bad job in the group just kick them, regardless of whether they come with a bonus message for that 'character' and are shown through their actions to be incapable at that stage to clear it during the run or whether they have already have a clear but are clearly clueless or incompetent during the run.
