Block first timers from Party Finder!

I never joint a party that sets 'farm' if I haven't down that. And I think most people are like me.

Respect to you for doing that, but unfortunately most people are not like you.

maybe SE can just add the player's name along while displaying the tip message. Then if party thinks they can't carry the new, they can just vote to kick or something.

The problem with this is the fact players still have to form the party, enter the duty, realise who is new and then remove them from the party, which is massively inconvenient.

It could give players incentive not to join the party but unless they literally can't join, I'm sure they still would, thinking it would be too much trouble to replace them.
