Block first timers from Party Finder!

Additionally, it is likely that lots of young/immature people are playing the game and therefor making an option that would allow people to block them from accessing certain features is not really smart, at least from business perspective. The likelihood of people leaving the game because they can't access party finders is bigger then the likelihood of people leaving because they run into someone "new" joining PF with "farm" in the description here and there.

Simple solution: Don't even show the farm parties in Party Finder unless you have the required clear. The young and immature wouldn't even know what they're being excluded from.
