Totally agree with this, OPTIONS are great. Not having to deal with "ninja" newbies lying through their keyboard and messing up your run is godsend. There are other party for them if they want to learn. You should be able to create exclusive party for people that play at your level. If you are not good enough, then go make a training party and get good, yes? Otherwise don't bother wasting other people time. If you are not hardcore, there is nothing wrong with that, plenty of things to do in this game. But Hardcore players should be able to completely block those who are not at the same level as them, who end up wasting the entire group time and effort. This is not a charity game...

Ya know, I'm thinking now that if people are caught lying through their keyboard about their progress SE should respond by permanently banning their account w/o appeal. Might help stem the tide. Brutal yes, but it would help contain a lot of this crap and maybe help them create a more JP-like community.

I very much agree with what you say, BUT mind tweeking it to not sound like a jerk? kinda does more harm then good for the cause.

Yet again, players are not elitist because they want to do something in the game for themselves and which requires other skilled players. If you can't accept that then you need to take yourself elsewhere.

What is making you think that because someone wants to farm on one occasion means they never help anyone? I am absolutely sick of explaining that I go out of my way to help others every time I'm online. I help others more than I actually do things for myself. So why is it that when I want to do something for myself, I'm called 'elitist' or 'selfish'?

Players don't pay a subscription to hold new players hands whenever they want a free carry or a personal guide to a fight. You keep mentioning 'communication' yet I see none of that from the players who join my farm parties and stay silent, knowing they don't have a clue what they're doing or knowing they're going to get their clear and leave. That's another point you're missing - a lot of players don't even want help. They want the carry.

Change your attitude, because you are actually the selfish one right now.

And being a bratty adult does more harm then good, just saying. You can support the OP with out being a jerk about it, and there is WORLD of a difference between tough love and bullying. And your the latter.

My point of view: If there would be an option to block people without a kill out of farm parties, there would be more learning parties as they can't join parties with that option any longer.

Also the creator of the recruitement should not be able to set this option as long he has not finished the conten he is recruiting for.
