ToS under [player agreements it falled under trade and verbal player agreements. When you join a party with rules you agree to adhere to those rules, breakiing said rules means you break the agreement. And its hard to simply kick the offender as they don't fess up, and cause parties to disband due to blame game on who broke the rules.
