Here's the thing, I'm not sure there's any other solution but that. I'm fortunately one of the honest ones that won't join a clear group unless I have full XP (but are yet to kill it), and won't join a farm group unless I have kill XP (possibly even multikill XP). But the fact is the majority of players don't do that and lie until they're blue in the face. This same sort of stuff happens on League of Legends (as well as all the raging after 1 mistake, etc) and look how toxic the community is on that game. That's why I GENUINELY believe that permabanning w/o appeal would help stem the tide as then people will learn to get a better attitude. Would I get banned if they did that? Most likely, I have certain things that set me off. But if I did get banned in the name of improving the community so be it. I'll live and learn.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
