Block first timers from Party Finder!

It happens way too much, and again were responding to an empty argument. I've yet to see a valid argument as to why this shouldn't be implemented.

People's argument's are either 'I only read the title and my response isn't even valid,' 'people won't be able to get carried anymore,' or 'this doesn't happen to me so it doesn't happen at all.'

Yeah, people seem to completely ignore why the Party Finder is there. Having this option can only improve it.
