Block first timers from Party Finder!

You have to play bad guy, and guy without clear will leave or tell.

Message that somebody is new.
You: What the hell?
You: WHO?
You: OUT NOW!!! EVERYBODY!
Some random guy: I have million clears...*starts to linking weapons*
You: I am going to check achieves. This is ridiculous.
(at this point lier will leave or say: oh i didnt read that this is farm party bla bla bla ...and leaves also)

This is all a huge inconvenience for something that can very easily be solved with the party finder setting. This isn't just one time people do this, it's almost every time a farm party is made.
