Block first timers from Party Finder!

I just wanted to bump this and say GJ to SE in relation to the raid finder settings, and I'm glad they added these features to filter people's preferences. A step in the right direction is always good.

yeah too bad no one uses it. i tried queing up for a simple a5s run, 2hrs b4 it popped up and by then i was already falling asleep.
