i.e if you want gsm up, buy 4 copper ore 4*72 + 1 zinc ore 1*(ward price, 50?)
make them into brass nuggets (yeah i know, dated .. but LOTS of exp!)

cheap and fast way to level, i went from 24-27 in 2 hours and i got 8 different materia doing so too.
