LF SCH for CASUAL FOCUS STATIC GMT+7/8

We are casual static progressing A3S, LF SCH. About us :

1. We're casual, raid 3x/week @10.30-12GMT+8. Schedule is sacred, we expect a punctual guy. As i quote our leader "10.30 is the minute i do my shield lob", so have to log in few minutes earlier.
2. We're working guys, with responsibilities and fam. We dont have much time to play, yet want to progress. We expect a guy who prepared, learn mechanics b4, and know his/her role.
3. We are committed. Always cap tomes, knowing it help progression. We have fun but problem focused when the hurdle kicked in. So we expect mature, no finger pointing, hence comment for solution. We encourage discussion

The technical requirement :

• Good SCH. An AST alt would be an advantage
• Min ilv 195, and aldy cleared a1s and a2s
• Headset, can communicate. We use mumble
