LL, Astalicia, "What a Pirate Wants" --Text-- Hasthwab's Missing Comma, Awkward Word

When the player is aboard the Astalicia in Limsa Lominsa, is progressing through the "What a Pirate Wants" sidequest, and speaks to Hasthwab, the following text appears:

"
Hasthwab: Radz-at-Han reserve!
Well I'll be, lads! Seems some folk
in this town still 'as proper
manners. Aye, I suppose I can
tell ye what I know o' the
Sahagin den.
"

This is incorrect for two reasons:
1. "Well" on the second line is acting as an interjection and should be followed with a comma.
2. "lads" reads awkwardly in this context, as he does not seem to be speaking to anyone in particular. He is not surrounded by a groups of NPCs, and the PC he is talking to could be female (and is, in this case).

Please fix these issues by adding a comma after "Well" and by removing "lads" from the end of this sentence.

The corrected text would read as follows:
