LF DRG possibly MNK/NIN for A3S PST late night group!

Hey, 7/8 LS group of ppl on hyperion LFM hyperioneers to raid with.

ABOUT US:

--We are looking for 1 solid member to round us out. Ideally a DRG but a MNK or NIN will be considered.
--Our base schedule is SUN-WEDS 9:30 PST - 12:30 PST with THURS as an option.
--I would categorize us as a MC to HC group of adults who want to progress in a timely fashion. We were at A3S add phase until no shows started happening and progression was halted. No expectations of server firsts here. But we are serious about progressing.
--CONSISTENCY is the name of the game here. I want to create a team that is consistent in everything from showing up all the way to playing their jobs.

We're trying to keep the solid members to make the group better. And that will be the commitment, the group comes first. If you want to contribute to a team, we want you. Whatever needs to be done to make the group better, it will be done.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

--Again, someone who is consistent. You don't have to be the best, but you should strive for consistency in your play.
--Someone who is punctual or responsible enough to inform the members as early as possible if a time cannot be made. This is common courtesy for the 7 other ppl in the group.
--Someone who is willing to admit mistakes and can learn from them.
--Someone who always wants to perform better than they did yesterday.
--Someone who enjoys the game and will not quit during a raid tier barring unexpected real life events.
--Someone who wants to better the group as a whole and not just themselves.
--Should have A2S clear or can learn very fast.
