Requirements: High Level of Raid awareness, Flexible schedule, high level knowledge of your job and how to optimize your job properly.

Prefer: Previous A1S and A2S Clears and that you have kept up with your ESO gear and prioritized the job you are applying on.

We are a very laid back raid group with fast progression in mind. When it is raid time we go hard but still have fun. because the sooner we have A1S-A4S on farm. The sooner we can go back to being casuals till 3.2!
