You'll lose 1 turret attack under Hypercharge by using it before the pull, because you'll waste some of the duration before combat starts, and the buff will fall off and transform your turret back into a normal turret before it gets the 7th shot off. You can try it on a dummy and count the shots for yourself. Because Hypercharge has a 20s duration now, you need to use it after combat has begun to get 7 shots. (3 sec firing interval means ~18 seconds to fire 6 shots, +1 shot you get instantly when you turn Hypercharge on, means 7 shots in ~20seconds. It's tighter than it looks.)

Clipping GCD after Lead Shot by triple weaving Reload + Rapid Fire + Wildfire. It's not like it's terrible, but it can be avoided.

And just as a good habit, it's always best to use your buffs from weakest to strongest (bfb/hawk's eye before raging for sure). This way you waste as little duration of the stronger buffs as possible. I mean, would you rather have 18 seconds of raging strikes and 19 seconds of blood for blood, or 19 seconds of raging strikes and 18 seconds of blood for blood? That's pretty much why.

Something like this is pretty much the standard, and it's been the standard ever since the start of Heavensward. Only thing that changed was the hypercharge position after the duration got changed in 3.2. Hypercharge + Potion will clip GCD after Hot Shot, but this one can't be helped and there's no better location. As a bonus, if you don't use potion for whatever reason (normal dungeons, easy fights, etc), you won't see any clipping.

For the pure damage ogcds like gauss round/ricochet and so on, their position doesn't really matter so put them wherever you want. But stuff like rapid fire you definitely want in a specific place as above.
