Considering how brd has always been better in a multi-target scenario, I think it's a little unbalanced. I'm wondering whether hypercharge is still better than foe requiem as a support skill
since battle voice cd has been shortened, I'd like to see some math on this, but I suspect it's no longer the case. Still, I believe brd is trickier to use, especially in fights with a lot of mechanics that force movement
so who knows, maybe the buffs were adequate.
Eh, Brd being better is fiiiine. People obsessing over PERFECT balance is what causes games to have classes that are too similar. It's incredibly difficult to balance a lot of unique classes, so the way around that is to not have unique classes, ergo we have MCH/BRD. Sure it's a problem when the usefulness is incredibly lopsided, but if BRD's have 100 more DPS for putting up with less mobility than MCH, so be it IMO.
